The artist wants to think about middle-aged men and cities from the standpoint of pets in extreme circumstances.

A graduate of the construction engineering course at Toyohashi University of Technology in 2007, Tomotoshi has been involved in architectural design and urban planning for over 10 years. He has been presenting works at exhibitions around “”actions that transform people’s movement”” since 2014. Planning and managing the TOMOTOSI MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY CITY since 2020.”
