Description:

1st Floor
This is a CG animation/narration performance work created using CGI technology used in game productions. The three spaces created in the image of Earth one million years ago/after spans endlessly like an open world game, where a virtual camera wanders aimlessly through them. What you are hearing is the artist reciting the names of every animal that exists on earth for 33 hours and 19 minutes.

5th Floor
Lahaina became the capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii in the 19th century, and it flourished as a “sacred place for marine art” during the boom of the tourism industry after the war. However, it was destroyed by a fire in August 2023. This work is a landscape art of this historical place. The exhibition venue, the Odate Building, located in the Nagisa district was also severely damaged by the Atami fire in 1950. Harada, who was conducting research focused on Lahaina, created this work while envisioning Lahaina in the distant future.
