Ticket holders will receive a pass upon exchanging their purchased tickets at the venue. A pass is required for entry where management staff is present.

Even if you have an ATAMI ART GRANT passport ticket, a separate ACAO FOREST admission ticket is required to view the exhibition in ACAO FOREST.
(Please present your ATAMI ART GRANT Passport ticket at the ticket counter and purchase an ACAO FOREST admission ticket [2,000 yen]. (The regular admission ticket is 4,000 yen.)

- ※Please present your Peatix purchase screen at the information desk and exchange it for “ATAMI ART GRANT Passport”.
- ※The “ATAMI ART GRANT Passport” ticket is valid for any number of times during the exhibition period.
- ※If you lose your ATTAMI ART GRANT Passport, you will need to purchase another one.
- ※If you lose your passport, you will need to purchase another one. (No advance reservation is required).
- ※Tickets will not be refunded or reissued in the event of loss, theft, damage, change of venue, change of exhibited artworks, etc.
- ※Dates and hours are subject to change due to the influence of covid-19, natural disasters or inclement weather. In such cases, no refunds will be made.
