The slider represents a dust chute, connecting the present to a future distorted by the repellent forces of diverse ideologies within human society. It resembles a device that sends people, who have given up on contemplation, sliding down its path, kicking off the past (the present from the future’s perspective) they would have decided.
As the slider stands alone, an anomaly in the scene, this artwork invites us to contemplate the direction of humanity, perpetually entangled in conflicts, as we grapple with global issues like climate change.

The duo, Berlin, based in Tokyo was formed when they were participating in the Iron Island fes in 2019. They sublimate dystopian worlds and hidden violence in human in a kitsch style using different methodst to shake recognition in the aim of leading the viewerto multifaceted thinking.
They are currently working on their Sick S□k series based on the contradictions of humanity. In particular. in the modern cognitive revolution, human beings thrive by sharing fiction, not only do they hide behind them, but they also refuse to evolve beyond them.
