Carlos Campos Morera

Title:

“ :) “

Description:

In a survivalist performance to only use what was already available at the site, Carlos excavated the existing stones and rearranged them into a universal symbol—a happy face. This joyful image reflects connection amidst the remnants of the past, paying tribute to the ancient tradition of rock placement. It is a playful vignette, a greeting for those who are attentive to their surroundings as they enter the property, inviting them to notice the beauty in the natural world for those open to it.
